Then why not join Richmond Film Society for our current season of 15 films
or just come along as a guest?

We screen yearly seasons of 15 films of international repute.

All films are shown in their original versions and are projected on the big screen.

 

WHEN DO WE SHOW FILMS?

Meetings are programmed, where possible, for alternate Tuesdays, starting at 8.00 p.m.

Season 46 runs from 23rd September 2008 to 28th April 2009.

HOW DO I ENROL?

Enrolment couldn't be easier, unless membership has been closed.

Either use the link below to print off and then post an Application Form or come along in person to a meeting.

If you intend to enrol at the first film of the season, Tuesday 23rd September 2008, please arrive at the Studio Theatre by 7.45 p.m.

Members are accepted on a first-come first-serve basis, early postal application is advised.

 

WHAT DOES Membership COST AND WHAT DOES THIS ENTITLE ME TO?

Membership for Season 46 costs £50.00 (an equivalent of £3.33 per film) with a reduced rate (£30.00) for full time students and ES40s.

 

Membership gives:

(a)          free admission to all the shows

(b)          free admission to the Christmas Party

(c)          programme notes for each film

 

Meetings are open to members and their guests - see below - and RACC students.

 

MAY I BRING A Guest?

Members may bring guests if space permits. Guest tickets cost £5.00 a show.  Tickets are available on the door or alternatively may be obtained from the Membership Secretary in advance.

Privileges of Membership

The Society has reciprocal guest ticket arrangements with other local film societies.

 

IF I DRIVE CAN I PARK NEAR BY?

Yes. Free car parking is available after 6.30 p.m. in Richmond’s Old Deer Park car park
(just off the A316) which is adjacent to RACC.

 

HOW DO I GET TO RACC USING PUBLIC Transport?

RACC is no more than a two minute walk from the joint Richmond tube (end of the District Line) and BR Station (end of the London Overground line and on South West Trains’ Waterloo services). 

 

In addition many bus routes converge at the station: R70, H22, 490, 33, 65, 391 with others going to the centre of Richmond, about a seven minute walk to RACC.
